Tessarakonta -- Day 9

9th Day, March 14, 2014

Divine Love is the force that dissolves all the opposition to our Good and smooths out every obstacle that presents itself.  When Love ascends our throne and takes complete possession of our life, Its rule is right and just.  When Love harmonizes our consciousness, we find that our outer affairs are put in order and where there had seemed to be trouble, peace is attained.

When we call on Divine Love to show us the way and to forgive us, we are not bothered any more by any disturbing thoughts.

Divine Love is quite a bit more than human love.  Human love is always with conditions; Divine Love is the only Love that is unconditional.  This is why in OUR expression of Love, we must also ask for Wisdom.  Love without Wisdom is chaos.  Wisdom without Love is cold.  The two must be practiced hand-in-hand.

Lack of Love in any condition or situation is no reason to not exercise Love, but, rather, it should act as an incentive to us.  Love is the great unifying power of the universe; it overcomes all error, all friction.  Our expressing Love brings the cells of our bodies into poise and balance and order.  If we do not develop Divine Love as quickly as we should like to do, it is because we are trying to separate the good and the bad.  Divine Love makes no such distinction.  It is Principle, and it expresses in the same way toward sinner as it does toward saints. It is a sense of unity, of oneness, and brings with it the greatest possible sense of security.  All fear is readily and completely cast out.

SPIRITUAL PRACTICE TIP:  In doing our 40 times forgiveness practice each day, it is DIVINE LOVE we are calling upon.  Divine Love shows us our way.  It is Divine Love that helps us out.  It is Divine Love that knows that there is nothing to forgive.

RELATIONSHIP TIP:  Say, “Divine Love brings together and maintains together those who belong together, so the Glory of Good/God may be manifest.”  (It’s a Law; you are no exception!)
